This is a 18' wide x 31' long x 12' legs. We left the front open so you will get 14 1/2' clearance in the center. We added an extended gable on the back side and a 3' panel one each side. We also included the J-Trim and L-Trim. Standard concrete anchors are supplied with our Free Delivery and Install. If you want installed on ground we recommend the 2 1/2' mobile home anchors at $40 a piece. This design is Engineer Certified for 140 M.P.H. winds and 35 P.S.F on the roof.
