Founded in 2017

Knight Outdoor Products came out of ideas I had while traveling throughout the United States and Canada. In my sales role for various manufacturers, I saw firsthand the importance of getting people quality products that they want and need. After years of dreaming and putting the pieces together in my head, Knight Outdoor Products finally launched.

My goal isn't to sell you the most expensive item. My goal is to represent a product that I thoroughly understand, provide what people genuinely need, and sell while still being able to sleep well at night knowing that my customers got a great product at a great value. If I can offer products and services that create value for my customers, then we can both be happy!

Our inventory includes a range of products such as portable buildings, metal garages, carports, portable cabins, and car shelters. We also carry many high quality brands like Stor-Mor, Sunview, and C&H Carports. Whatever you need, we can help you find it! Just visit us in Sealy and Weimar, Texas to get started!

Knight Outdoor Products maintains our mission by building and maintaining good business relationships with our customers, vendors, and surrounding community leaders. Our philosophy is simple: to treat others as we would want to be treated.

Park & Sell

We offer two options when you want to sell your vehicle, boat, RV or trailer in the Sealy and Weimar, Texas areas.

Option 1: We can provide a prime spot to display your item and you do all of the work. Even with this option, your work load and calls will be less than listing your self and answering all of the calls from potential buyers or scammers. This is also safer for you because the transaction and contact are at a neutral location not at your house.

Option 2: We can provide a prime spot to display your item and we do all of the work of selling it for you. No phone calls or meeting people to show the vehicle.

Option 1: You sell the item yourself. $95.00 a month

We will provide you a spot on our lot for you to display your item.

We will help you research the value of your item.

We will print a window display that describes the item in detail.

We will open the vehicle and allow it to be started if you provide us with a set of keys. (During normal operating business hours.)

We will list your vehicle on our website with photo, asking price, first name and phone number to call.

We will answer any general questions the potential buyer may have.

Option 2: We sell the item for you. $95.00 plus 5% of sale price. ($125.00 Min - $1,250.00 Max)

We will display your item in a Prime spot on our lot for maximum exposure.

We will help you research the value of your item and place an optimal sale price on the item.

We will print a window display that describes the item in detail.

We will advertise the item on our website, Trader magazines, and websites, eBay, etc.

We will handle the complete selling process for you. You just go about your normal life and leave the work to us. We will complete the paperwork and cut you a check immediately after the completion of the sale.

How do I prepare my item?

Make sure that the item is cleaned inside and outside the way you would want it to look if you wanted to buy it.

It should be mechanically sound and maintenance items and inspections current. No check engine lights or any other warning light should be on.

Empty fresh, grey, and black water tanks on RVs and Travel Trailers.

Who insures the item while it is on the lot?

As the owner of the item, you must continue to insure it. We require, at a minimum, that you carry the limits mandated by state law. It is no different than if you were selling the vehicle from your home, you will want to insure for liability and damage risk. We have a secure lot but it does not eliminate the need for insurance.

Will I receive a lot of calls?

Even with Option 1, you will receive less calls than if you advertise in the paper and sell from your home because the potential buyer has had an opportunity to see the item in person and possibly hear it start and run.

With Option 2 you will only be contacted by us to inform you that the item SOLD or if someone has made a reasonable offer that will need your approval.

What will I need to sell my item?

1. The item must have a clear title and in the sellers name. (We will need to know the lien holder info if not paid off)

2. Proof of insurance and ownership.

3. It always helps if you provide service and maintenance records.

Do you offer test drives?

We will only provide test drives to serious buyers if you are under Option 2.

Do you offer detailing services?

Currently, we do not provide that service on site but I can have it done for you. Prices will vary depending on item.

We plan on having a detail service at our location very soon. We are looking for the right people to partner with for that service.
