The paint we use is a high-quality exterior paint designed by Davis Frost paint company and has a projected life expectancy of 10-15 years.

All metal buildings come standard with 29 gauge, Lifetime Warranty Metal. (See chart for colors available) Metal may be upgraded to 26 gauge but upgrade fees will apply.

All urethane-stained buildings are sprayed with a high-quality urethane stain. The urethane stain is a specialty product which was designed only for use on the LP Smart Panel siding and trim and has a projected life expectancy of 15-20 years.

Features may include:

• 93.5 ( 89” studs ) wall height

• 10’ wide: 6’ garage door in front

• 12’ wide and larger: 9’ garage door in front

• Solid walk in door ( 4’ from front wall on the right )

• One 2’x3’ window ( centered between the door andthe opposite end wall )
